When starting the birth control patch there are two acceptable start days, “first day start,” and “Sunday start.” On the first day start you will apply your birth control patch during the first 24 hours of your period. With the Sunday start, you will apply your patch on the first Sunday after your period starts.
The day of the week that you first applied your patch will be your “patch change day.” Every week on that day you will need to replace the birth control patch for it to remain effective.
The patched can be placed on one of four areas, the buttocks, stomach, upper arm, or upper torso. Ortho Evra should never be applied to the breast. When first starting on the birth control patch it is possible to cause some skin irritation. It okay to place the patch on a different part of the body when it is replaced every week.
If the birth control patch becomes lose or falls off within the first 24 hours after it has been applied, try to reapply it or apply a new patch. If it has been over 24 hours then go ahead and apply a new patch, and that day will be your new patch change day.
Popping medicine balls is no way to remain fit. Use the treadmill, or any other fitness equipment and you will know the difference. Those who have used best fitness equipment will vouch for this too. As fitness equipment adaptation sets in quickly, getting habitual is not a problem.
